Barre Fit
Join us for Barre Fit, a fun and effective group fitness class blending the best of Classical Ballet, Yoga, and Pilates. This one-hour session combines ballet-barre exercises, low-impact cardio, and floor work to help tone your body, improve flexibility, and boost overall fitness.
Suitable for all ages and fitness levels—especially beginners—there’s no need for dance experience or special attire. Just come ready to move and enjoy yourself! Please note: payments are non-refundable but can be transferred up to 24 hours before class.
